The Western Riviera Motel is the only motel located lakeside on Colorado's largest natural lake in the heart of beautiful Grand Lake, Colorado, one of America's last grand hideouts and the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The Western Riviera Motel is within walking distance to various activities associated with this quaint old west village. The view from any of our sixteen rooms is an inspiring vista of lake and mountains. Coffee and ice are provided to our guests in our Coffee Room, and guest parking is available in front of the motel. Western Riviera Lakeside Cabins are the only lakeside cabins located on Grand Lake directly across the street from the motel with spectacular views of Shadow Mountain and Mt. Baldy. The upper cabins include kitchen efficiencies and walk out onto a shared lakefront deck with chairs, picnic tables and grills. The lower cabins include a small refrigerator, microwave and a coffee pot, and walk out to a shared lakefront deck with chairs. All cabins include color cable TV, but do not have phones.

Western Riviera Courtyard Cabins are located in the heart of the Village of Grand Lake just a block and a half off the lake. They offer the perfect setting for a family reunion, with 12 cabins that will comfortably sleep 48 and the covered deck and courtyard/picnic area is ideal for family gatherings. Our newly renovated cozy, comfortable cabins blend the new with the old. We have incorporated some antiques from the once "Spitzmiller" cabins with the new. All cabins include kitchens, full baths (some have wheelchair accessible showers) and color cable TV. They face the courtyard with gazebo, picnic tables and outdoor grills, and are directly across the street from our new library and the Repertory Theatre. No phones.

The Lakeside Tree House is a two bedroom, one bath unit with a complete kitchen. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. The kitchen, living and dining rooms, and private deck all face the lake.

Eagles’ Spirit Lakeside Condo is a lakeside two bedroom, two bath unit with a complete kitchen. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a foldout couch in the living room.
